Sea Selkies - Pool to Sea
Suitable for: Individuals and Groups
Have you always wanted to swim in the sea but you feel nervous and slightly out of your depth? Fear not, our Sea Selkies transition sessions will guide you on a 10-week program which takes you out of the pool and into the ocean.
These sessions are carefully designed to be progressional, building your confidence week on week to have you out of the pool in no time!
Block 1: 5 weeks – Pool Session (Cranford Sports Club)
Block 2: 5 weeks – Open water (Exmouth Lifeboat Station)
£100 for 10 weeks
Beginner, Improver and Intermediate options available

Sea Swim Devon CIC Coaches are Swim England SEQ L2 Open Water Coaches and hold Surf/ Beach Lifeguard qualifications. We are licensed by East Devon Events to operate our training on Maer Rocks Bay, Exmouth Beach.
